What is the complete list of ingredients in DermaV?


DermaV beauty masks are certified allergen-free and Vegan-friendly, are free of palm oil and artificial colors, and are made with the following ingredients: Aloe Vera Extract, Bamboo Extract, Blueberry Extract, Honey Extract, Water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Diazolidnyl Urea, Edta Disodium, Rose Flower Extract, Rudosa Flower Extract, Tiger Grass Extract, and Acetyl Hexapetide-8.

How does DermaV slimming Mask work?

Our slimming mask stimulates the reduction of fatty acid deposits and works to erase the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, firming your chin and jawline area, lifting and defining your lower face, and eliminating the dreaded double chin. 

DermaV masks are infused with naturally moisturizing botanicals that smooth rough, dry skin and repair and stimulate cellular regeneration, leaving your skin feeling and looking hydrated, fresh, and replenished after every use. 


Is it safe for my skin?

DermaV masks are made with 100% natural, organic ingredients and are safe and effective for all skin types, even the most sensitive skin. The hydrogel mask formula is ultra-light, toning, and slimming. It adapts to your skin and is gentle enough for daily use.

How often should I apply the mask?

For optimal results, we recommend applying the mask daily (15 to 30 minutes a day), for a minimum of 1 month. With the current special offer: Buy 1 Get 1 Free, the box you’re about to receive contains 2 masks. Each mask can be reused up to 15 times! Once you’re done with your mask treatment for the day, simply remove the mask, place it back in the packaging, and store it in your refrigerator to keep the botanicals fresh and for a refreshing, cooling effect when applied.

How can I see what's in my cart?

To view the contents of your cart, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner.

How do I add items to the cart ? 

To add products to your shopping cart, simply click the “Add to Cart” button below the product(s) of your preference. This will automatically add the product(s) to your cart.

When your cart is visible, simply click X on the upper right corner if you wish to continue shopping.

When you wish to proceed to checkout, click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner and continue the steps to place your order.

How do I remove items from my cart? 

Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner, then click the - (minus) button on the left of the product quantity shown, until it becomes 0. Your cart will then be updated automatically to show the item removed.

How do I change the quantity of a particular item in my cart?

Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner, then adjust the quantity of a particular item in your cart by clicking the + (plus) or - (minus) button on either side of the product quantity shown. Your cart will then be updated automatically to reflect the new quantity and associated cost.

Where's my order?

Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive an email with your Order ID number, the shipping method, and a complete list of the items you ordered. 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information and steps to follow the progress of your package. Please note that your order is subject to varying delivery times, depending on your delivery location.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery to the US with tracking: 7 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch.

International delivery with tracking: 7 to 20 working days from the shipping date.

The shipping of your order is a separate service from Dermalights US. Dermalights US cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by couriers delivering your package. We reserve the right not to issue refunds on orders if packages experience delays. We are not responsible for losses and delays incurred due to natural disasters (including but not limited to floods, fires, tornadoes), terrorist attacks or threats, epidemics, customs strikes, postal strikes, civil strikes, civil strife, riots, invasions or occupation, extreme weather conditions or failure of telecommunications networks.

What time can I expect my delivery?

Packages are delivered between 7am and 9pm daily. Our couriers will always do their best to deliver your package at a time that suits you, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Do you deliver to my country? 

Yes! DermaV beauty masks can be shipped worldwide.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, once your destination has been selected.

Why has my order been cancelled? 

Our items sell out very quickly and, due to high demand, occasionally an item you have ordered may suddenly become unavailable. These cases are extremely rare, but can happen from time to time. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to verify the cancellation of your order. We sincerely apologize if this occurs as we work hard to ensure that we have enough stock on hand at all times to cater to the demand. Should your order contain more than one item, we will ship the remainder of your order and refund the out-of-stock item.

How do I pay for my order? 

We accept all standard forms of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, and American Express.

Is it safe to order online? 

Yes, purchasing products through the official Dermalights US website is completely safe. We use industry-standard encryption systems for potentially sensitive information, such as your name, address, and any other critical or sensitive information you provide us with, such as your credit/debit card details. Information transmitted between your computer or electronic device and our website cannot be read in the event that someone else intercepts it, so your information is 100% safe.

How do I know if you have received my order?

Once you have successfully placed your order, you will be redirected to an order confirmation message, which will contain your Order ID number. This information will also be sent to you by email. Please note that the email may take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox. If you don’t see it after 30 minutes, please check your spam folder to ensure that your confirmation email was not accidentally sent there. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a second email to inform you that your order has shipped. Please always first check your spam folder if you can’t find an email you’re expecting from us. If you still need assistance, please contact us.

Why does the price sometimes change at checkout?

DermaV is from Switzerland, so the price at checkout is converted to USD (dollars), however, you will still be charged at the rate you were quoted in your local currency. 

Currency conversion is complex, but in summary, it works like this:

If you live in the United States, you will pay for your order in USD (US dollars). The value of $1 in the US is not necessarily the same as the value of 1 pound, 1 euro, 1 yen, or 1 Australian dollar—$1 in the United States may be worth more or less once it is converted into the currency of another country. Since we operate in USD, when validating your order the total amount will be converted into USD. Rest assured, you will ONLY be charged in your local currency—the amount that was displayed before reaching the final payment page.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item? 

In the event that you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please know that we are deeply sorry, we understand the inconvenience, and want to make it right immediately. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, with your Order ID number, the name of the product you were supposed to receive, and a photo of the defect or details of the issue. Our customer service team will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Please note that if the item has been used in any way, your item cannot be replaced due to industry standards on health, hygiene, and wear and tear. If your product is damaged in transit, we cannot exchange or replace it as Dermallights US is independent from shipping couriers. If the product you received was damaged on arrival and you choose to continue to use it in any way, this means that you have accepted the item in the condition in which it was received and Dermalights is no longer responsible for how you choose to use your item or for any damage that is incurred as a result. 

 

*There is no lifetime warranty on any of our products as they are all subject to wear and tear over time and their longevity depends on how you handle the items.

I have just placed an order, can I cancel it? 

To ensure prompt delivery, we begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. For this reason, changes cannot typically be made to an order once they have been placed. However, we have updated our return policy to better assist customers during the pandemic—until further notice you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund. 

 

Should you wish to cancel your order once it has been received, please contact us for assistance. A customer service representative will then be able to provide you with the steps to take in order to request a refund. Once we have received your package, we will contact you to advise you of your refund for the items.*

Please note that your returned items will be subject to inspection upon arrival. If the items appear to have been used in any way, a cancellation will not be issued and the items will simply be returned to the sender.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?

Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email from Dermalights US listing all the details of your transaction. If you don’t see a confirmation email in your inbox within 30 minutes of placing your order, check your spam folder as it may have accidentally been sent there. 

When do you charge my credit card? 

Your card will be charged immediately when you place an order as we begin processing orders for shipment right away.

What exchange rates do you offer?

Standard international exchange rates apply at the time of payment.

Is my credit card information secure? 

Yes! All credit card transactions on the official Dermalights US website are processed through a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. This data will be fully encrypted and used only to process the transactions you have initiated.

How do I apply a promo code? 

Once you have added the product(s) you would like to purchase to cart, click on the icon in the upper right corner, then proceed to checkout at the bottom. Inside checkout, you will see a place to enter your Promo Code. Enter it in the field provided and then click “Apply.” Your order will then be updated to reflect your new order total.

Do you have retailers where I can buy your products directly?

Right now our products are exclusively available for sale on our website. That said, we are always open to enrolling brand ambassadors. If you are interested in becoming a Dermalights retailer, please contact us.

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
